Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

Our products come with a 1-year replacement warranty. If your item is defective or stops working within this period, we will replace it free of charge.

To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase along with details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
